Hellew all... I have missed writing. I am done with my finals and onto my next two classes.. whew... dumb responsibilities :-)
Anywho, again... don't really have a topic, so here we go......
Tim and I started volunteering at church... GREETERS... he loves my "Mornins"... thinks I sound like a hick.. haha... but it really is FUN! We have only done it once together, but had a great time doing it... felt good!- Greetin that is :-)
We just started our new book "The Marriage Mirror" by Ed and Lisa (duh)- whew... first chapter and already GOD is yelling at me... "Heather, darlin (that's what he calls me) ... listen up!"...
So we had a very 'spiritually filling' week last week... VERY!
To start the week off.. okay, I'm just going to be honest, cuz that is the point to this blog.. right! GOD enjoys honesty. Tim and I have been praying on this for about a month.. and we have friends that have been committed to the prayer topic... with alot of thought and prayer, we decided to take my IUD out.....
I know I know- OMG THAT WOULD MAKE Y'ALLS 4TH KID, IF Y'ALL WERE TO GET PREGNANT.. close your mouths and just read on...
We both would like another child TOGETHER for obvious reasons (cuz we love each other and would like to enjoy a child with someone we actually like hanging out with LOL) ---- So when is the perfect time to have a baby? um, NEVER ...lol... there will always be something... ALWAYS (when we try to control things).... ... so we have decided to "let go and let GOD"... if he wants us to have offspring, then we will.. if not, that's okay too!!! But, we trust him... cuz .....
"And we know that in all things GOD works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
Okay, so that was last Monday, then we had C3 ... whoa Momma.. talk about feeling the holy spirit... whew! Was amazing! Suck amazing speakers! Suck awesome subjects! We feel soo blessed to be apart of such a rockn church!!!! We love it there! We love the people, we love our new amazing friends, etc!!!
Okay, so onto the weekend, we went to Chris Tomlin (Christian Artist) with some of our awesome friends and fishing on Sunday with the kids and some of Tim's side of the fam! What an awesome week! What an awesome life! What an awesome husband! What awesome kiddos! Life is good! We are BLESSED!!!! - and not a day goes by that I don't thank GOD for all of these blessings!!!!!!

Tim- Does well in his new job! and enjoys it!!

HONOR
Currently Tim and I are in a 6 week marriage series called "marriage that last" through our amazing church. Last week, a section of the class was about honoring people in your life (mom, dad, president, etc) You don’t have to like them- but honor and respect them! Then last night I attended an all women's class at the church called "flavour" which our pastor's wife led- she rocks!! It was inspirational! It was about our role as women in society.. And that GOD is/will be using us (which is a whole other subject- but a good one)… but in the talk she spoke about the chapter of Esther in the bible briefly. In Esther there is a story of the queen not submitting to her husband (the king) when he called her to come- etc, read it to get the entire story. So I was unfamiliar the story, so I listened to it this AM at work. While reflecting on the class- I had this thought….
HONOR…. Who all in your life are you not honoring? It's soo easy to NOT honor people that have 'done you wrong'… but what about people that have done you right….
Do people upset you and you decide to STILL honor them…. Or do you decide to talk bad about them, slander their name, throw them under the bus, etc
I relate this subject to Tim and I. I believe that most women feel that.. If things are not good with their husband then everything else just isn't good either. You can get into the silliest argument in the AM… and it just ruin your day! As women, it is SOOO easy to get upset at our husbands and call EVERYONE on our cell phones to let them know what a JERK he was to us! Isn't it? Well, at least it is for me….
But, GOD doesn't agree!!!!! We are to HONOR our men! We are to respect them!! Now, I'm not saying that if there is a "true" problem, to not talk to someone that you trust about the situation and get a good CHRISTIAN based opinion…. But not to JUST anyone that will listen!
So with all that being said, I choose to HONOR my MAN! I want respect and so I must respect him!!!!!

1Wives, in the same way be submissive to your husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives, 2when they see the purity and reverence of your lives. 3Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. 4Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight. 5For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to make themselves beautiful. They were submissive to their own husbands, 6like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her master. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear.
